Just wanted to add some insurance wisdom...we are now in the Hurricane season and I suggest you take a brief moment to look at your insurance coverage on your home. Do you know what a 2% hurricane deductible actually means? If your home replacement cost is $300,000 (Cov A), then your deductible is 2% * 300k = $6000.
